FAQ
Which Claude plan do I need?+
It depends on your team size and how you work — usually Claude Pro or Team. We recommend the right plan during setup. The subscription is billed directly by Anthropic and is separate from the setup and retainer fees.
Is my data safe and GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. We configure data handling with least-privilege access, review which information Claude can reach, and set up the workspace so your business data is not used to train models. Sensitive flows get clear guidance.
Do I need technical skills?+
No. The whole point is that this is done for you. We set everything up and train your team to use it confidently — no prompt-engineering background required.
Can I cancel the retainer?+
Yes. The retainer is monthly with no lock-in. You can pause or cancel whenever it no longer adds value.
Can I buy just the setup?+
Yes. The setup can be bought on its own. The retainer is optional but recommended, since the biggest gains come from refining how your team uses Claude over time.
How long does setup take?+
Typically 1–2 weeks from the discovery workshop to a trained team using Claude in daily work.
